It feels wonderful to get a nice night of sleep.
I find that I sleep better in the wintertime as I get to bed before 10pm plus seem to sleep better when I am in bed earlier.
Summer is a odd story altogether though, since the people I was with and I end up playing music or volleyball on the beach till around 11pm. The sunshine doesn’t set till around 10pm or so in the summer, plus by the time I get condo it is well past 11pm or later plus I don’t get to bed till 1am most days, and even with the air cleaner humming away as pale white noise, because I don’t run our central Heating plus Air Conditioning system, I can still hear people celebrationing at the bar beside me. I pretty much wake up around 8am no matter what time I fall asleep, so needless to say I don’t sleep as well in the summer. My local corporation buddy plays ball with me plus he has trouble waking up to go to the Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation at 8am each morning in the summer. I may not play as much ball this summer time because our knees are getting worse, although I am sure I’ll still sneak in a bit. My heating plus cooling job requires a lot of knee bending when working on air duct or carrying some heating device up a few flights of stairs. So our knees are pretty pressing in our working life, plus I use them when I am playing the djembe in our band. I am going to the local corporation now to grab a HEPA filter, see ya.
