It is Tuesday the 24th of June & I will hit the 56 year mark in five more afternoons. There are statues that are younger than me now! Part of me feels genuinely aged but then another part of me still feels like a kid. I think physically I feel aged but spiritually I feel the same as when I was a kid. I bet that playing songs in a band like I have been doing helps keep me in touch with that little child inside, something that seems to draw people to our songs & sounds my friend and I make. Anyway, HVAC sales are on the slate this week as I have three buddies looking to buy a new HVAC system. The temps are genuinely high now & a lot of people are discovering that they can’t sleep at night without any air conditioner, so they are all calling me to see about getting a new system. I am a bit distracted though because I am in the middle of changing jobs & am spending a lot of time looking online for something new. But selling HVAC systems is my other part time gig & I need to work on that as well because I get 10% commission on every cooling & heating system I sell, then for now though, I am going to just chug along & finish the rest of my work before I start to help the people needing cooling units. I have three more afternoons of work online & then I will have a lot of free time to help them out.

I owe Paypal credit for this mini split air conditioning component I bought six months ago & now it is accruing interest at $150 a month, so I need to spend my money off that HVAC system before it gets out of hand

I was working as an engineer until I was 32 years aged & decided that it wasn’t the life for me. A lot of my friends are still stuck in their same jobs & look at my life with envy, wishing they had the guts to make the chop like I did & escape that corporate world which seems to rob us of all of our free time. I was working about 55 hours a week there & had no energy each night when I got home, so I decided to become a comedian & leave it all behind! HVAC system writing has been my job for the past couple of years but now I think I am going to be an air conditioner & furnace salesman for this company down the road. I will start with them at the end of next month & I will be all set once again with paying my utility bills. I owe Paypal credit for this mini split air conditioning component I bought six months ago & now it is accruing interest at $150 a month, so I need to spend my money off that HVAC system before it gets out of hand. I think I will spend my money the $40 minimum amount each month until I start working & getting my money flowing again. The local company told me he has some duct cleaning work for me as well so I should be great to spend my money off that Paypal balance over the next two or three months & be done with it once & for all.

I was at the beach just now having a Pepsi with my friends plus wow is it ever hot out.

I came house to check the outside temp plus it says it is only 74F, however the humidity feels like I am standing at the bottom of a lake. I can’t imagine what it will feel like in a month when the temp hits 95F plus is humid out. I feel I will stay in the shelter of my flat until about 7 pm each night to avoid the silly heat, just like I was doing last year at this time. Air con is a must now plus I will be running the component from noon till 6pm each day while I am house in the weather conditions control. It will be very hot for another two plus a half months plus then I will start to see the temps drop again as my good friend and I make way for the fall season. My HEPA filter is brand new as I just went to the Heating plus A/C supplier yupterday to get a new one, replacing my seasoned washable filter with a new HEPA type filter. I had a regular one before plus there was a lot of dust in my flat, telling me that I need to find something better to clean the air a bit more than it was. I like the a/c filters at the local company because they are a good price plus seem to last a long time. I am going to go feed my cats now plus my good friend and I will meet up again later at the same venue, right here!

This is a far cry from climbing on ladders in the boiling sunlight painting houses like I was doing when I ran my own painting company.

I had it going well, working about 20 hours a week & making great money, maybe $1500 a week. But I grew tired of the racket & wanted a change, which is when the 2008 crisis hit & that was my cue to get out of it for good. I packed up my vehicle & moved to NYC, heating up my comedy career by performing each night in climate controlled clubs in the city. That somehow led me here, where I live overseas now & am singing & playing drums in a band. I work from my climate controlled office now & don’t have to worry about being a local company on the top of a tall ladder anymore. My new job ends tomorrow though so I will be job hunting for the next few afternoons or so & hopefully find a part time gig online. There are lots of HVAC technology gigs online if you are willing to write about heating & cooling systems, which is something that I have been doing the past few years. I’m just looking for $500 a month now & it should be simple to grab something making that amount. My air conditioner bills during the summer time are pretty low thanks to my high SEER rated HVAC system, so I can run the thing while I work from household this summer.

AI looks to be running the world, from the electric vehicle companies to writing gigs online & it is making me wonder if my friend and I are moving in the right direction.

If AI takes all these jobs then what are those people going to do? It shouldn’t be hindering our progress, & taking jobs from people seems to be doing just that.

But maybe I am looking at it from the wrong angle & in the long term maybe it’ll help the world. But right now it isn’t helping this HVAC tech’s world as I am now losing my heating & cooling writing job to it in a few afternoons. I basically have the month of June, which is in a week, to find another job so I can make my rent payment. I am running the air con system less trying to save some money on my cooling system bills & I think my band is going to start playing a lot more to receive money that way as well, worst case scenario I talk to my home owner about reducing my rent for a few months till I find another HVAC worker job. The local corporation may be hiring so I will look there for some heating company work, but if they have nothing then I am going to have to look online & find something that way. I’m sure there are cooling corps online that need some writing work that isn’t done with AI, but I will have to look first. My HVAC expert friend may have something for me too.

I may have to abandon ship soon on this corporation I’ve been riding because they just don’t seem to get things moving in the right direction.

• I will particularly jump on the Bitcoin Cash bandwagon because the thing looks to be starting a bull run as well as the price could go from $200 a coin, where it is now, to $10,000 a coin in a actually short time.

I’ll buy 20 coins as well as just let it ride as it looks like my good friend and I may take off soon. I am waiting a couple more mornings to make sure, however even my heating rep is jumping on with the cash he made selling his Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C corp last year. If I can make more cash doing space boiler repairs like I have been doing then my good friend and I will buy more coins.
