I was just at a cafe in the shade & was dripping with sweat like I was in the sun.
This tells me that the humidity is genuinely high today & that I should be careful of doing too much when it is this boiling out.
I will go to the beach later with my large umbrella & set it up on my beach chair so I can sit out there without dying of heat exhaustion. I think I will try to get out there by 4:30pm, a time when it will really be the hottest, but cooling down in the shade with a little fan will be the perfect solution. I also have a spray bottle of water to cool me down & should be nice with the three of those things. Climate control is necessary in some form or another when the temps are heating up like they have been, & being in the shade with some breeze is a great start to staying cool & comfy. My buddy and I will just hang out there the rest of the day in the natural climate control of my umbrella & the light breeze & have a great day with my heating tech friends. Other than that, I am not going to do much more on this sunny & genuinely boiling Tuesday. Cooling down my flat with the air conditioning system is what is going on right now as I work to get my stuff done for the day & get out of this flat. I am planning on doing a yoga session too.

I was working as an engineer until I was 32 years seasoned plus decided that it wasn’t the life for me. A lot of my friends are still stuck in their same jobs plus look at my life with envy, wishing they had the guts to make the split like I did plus escape that corporate world which seems to rob us of all of our free time. I was working about 55 hours a week there plus had no energy each night when I got home, so I decided to become a comedian plus leave it all behind, heating plus A/C system writing has been my job for the past couple of years however now I know I am going to be an a/c plus boiler salesman for this supplier down the road. I will start with them at the end of next month plus I will be all set once again with paying my utility bills. I owe Paypal credit for this mini split a/c component I bought six months ago plus now it is accruing interest at $150 a month, so I need to pay off that Heating plus A/C system before it gets out of hand. I know I will pay the $40 minimum amount each month until I start working plus getting my money flowing again. The local supplier told me she has some duct cleaning toil for me as well so I should be good to pay off that Paypal balance over the next two or three months plus be done with it once plus for all.

It’s settled for sure. My wife was absolutely right when she said that we’d end up preferring the heat pump to the gas furnace. And really, it’s less about the actual HVAC equipment as it is the location of that residential HVAC. We grew up and lived our entire adult life within 30 minutes of where we were born. My wife and I were highschool sweethearts who got married right out of school. I got a good job and so did my wife. We ended up raising our family in a nice home with central air conditioning. But the cooling side of that residential HVAC wasn’t the focus for sure. Living that far north, the gas furnace was for sure the center of all focus when it came to any heating and cooling conversation. But those long, cold Winters really did end up beating me down so when my wife started talking about moving, I was listening. We had vacationed several times not too far from where we live now. We loved it from October through May. But we were so scared that the Summer heat and humidity would just undo us that we had a hard time committing to the move. Finally, we’d had enough after I slipped on the ice and broke my arm. It was over for the gas furnace and into the arms of the heat pump for us. Still, I was a bit hesitant but I’ve found that I’m acclimating to the heat. And the heat pump provides all the cooling comfort that I could ever need as well. So I tip my cap to my wife for pushing me to commit to living here where the heat pump is king.

I honestly can’t actually think of anyone that I know who doesn’t have air conditioning in their dwelling.
I have a neighbor or two who live in dwellings that don’t have central air conditioning appliances. But almost everyone still has some form of air conditioning. The past few months have been unquestionably aggravating because the HVAC professionals I work with do not understand. They are always looking down on me and I want to quit. I shared my frustration with my wife who has been unquestionably supportive all these years. She believes that I can make it on my own if I start a business. She says that her friends feel I am a good HVAC serviceman based on the few times I have helped them. Besides that, I have the certification to get me a practicing license, and our old store near the road would be a good place to start from. I am easily considering this. I have collected all the relevant HVAC unit repair tools and also made the right contacts to start off. Fear has always been my biggest problem and I was not letting it hold me back again. I would approach the bank for a small loan to set up the business and visit the relevant offices for licensing. While the idea was to get into HVAC sales eventually, I was willing to start as an HVAC professional. I would handle actual HVAC repairs, consultations, and offer an Air conditioner repair plan. I am good with all types of HVAC installation services, and can handle heating and cooling units perfectly. I am thinking of advertising my services and will be meeting with a friend in town tomorrow to help me with this.
