She told me that while we were doing the pond, she would like to have outdoor lighting around the patio area and in the pond. I could do the outdoor lighting around the patio by using solar patio lights. We could switch them from lighting to heating and lighting, and it would extend our outdoor time by a couple of months. I did not know how to build a pond and put outdoor lighting inside. We had the plans for the patio and pond and knew where we wanted it and how it would be arranged. My wife knew what shape she wanted for the pond and had already looked into the fish that would survive our area. When I called the electrician, he said the solar lights were perfect, but we had several steps from the house to the patio. He thought outdoor lighting would be better along the steps to make it easier to navigate. He knew patio ground lights would work in the pond, but he wasn’t sure if my wife wanted outdoor lighting on the sides or on the bottom of the pond. He also suggested we had the outdoor lighting on a timer, so the fish got enough darkness to stay healthy. The project was going to cost a lot of money, but since my wife seldom asked for anything, it was going to be done. The pond and patio looked amazing with the outdoor lighting. We got natural river rock for the stairway and had outdoor lighting placed inside the rocks.

I wanted to know what SEO was? He explained SEO was short for Search Engine Optimization. I never want to deal with apartment heating and cooling ever again.

When I lived in apartments, it was absolutely miserable. The HVAC machine in my old apartment never worked. Granted, it was a window A/C device, and those are already known for not working the best as it is. Then when I moved out of that apartment, and into an apartment with central air conditioning, I was ecstatic! I thought this finally meant that I was going to have good cooling air. Nope. Even though this apartment had central air conditioning, the landlord was always late on HVAC maintenance, and in general just keeping up with the machine. Naturally, this caused a lot of problems, and we might as well not have had central cooling. I was really sick and tired of dealing with apartment HVAC, and that is when I decided I was going to move out and experience some quality heating and A/C. Granted, I wanted to move out of apartments a long time ago, but this was just further motivation for me to do so. It took close to a year, but I finally managed to buy a tiny home on a small plot of land. The home is only slightly bigger than an apartment, so it is less than ideal, but at least here I can choose what kind of heating and A/C I want. And if the heater or A/C machine breaks down, then I can call a HVAC professional and have them repair it for me.

I haven’t been working from my home office for very long, and there were definitely still a few things that I needed to learn, but if there is something that I learned, it is that having air conditioning in your home office is so important.
I didn’t consider air conditioning when setting up my home office, the main things I was focusing on was making sure my computer and my phone were working. Then I made sure to have a good pair of noise canceling headphones, because I knew with all of the noise in the background, I was going to need them. It wasn’t until summer that I realized how important getting a heating and air conditioning machine in my home office was going to be. The temperatures outside were in the 80s, and our central air conditioning unit is not very good right now. The heat was making it difficult to focus, and while I didn’t have enough money to afford a brand new central A/C repair, I could afford a window air conditioner. Window heating and cooling machines don’t have the best reputation, but since the window HVAC device is going to be right next to me, I think it should cool me and the room enough. The best part is that these machines are very cheap. I bought a window HVAC device, and I also decided to go ahead and buy a space heater as well. Although winter was still far off, I knew working when it was cold was not going to be easy either, and that is why I bought a space furnace as well.

Even with the best video tutorials, you can’t always think that you’ll be able to replicate a professional’s actions without the proper training.
When I made shelves recently, I should have l earned about how to make them sturdy enough to bear a load greater than more than four pounds on top of the weight of the shelves. It was a reading experience for sure, as I found out quickly how much disaster can result from a simple miscalculation. When I got better with wood, I started using Youtube tutorials to make a TV stand, a work bench for my garage, plus a shoe rack for my partner. As I built more items for the house, my skills improved seriously. But as far as I get with woodworking, I still know my limits with everything else. I do not fare well with fire or electricity. I was almost trapped in a burning building at the age of nine plus after that I got shocked by an electric fence a few years later. Both experiences gave me a considerable respect for electricity plus fire combined. When I wanted a wood stove to compliment my gas furnace, I didn’t even attempt to do it on my own. I immediately called a professional from the fireplace plus furnace supplier. Since I live in the north, the two of us have some companies that specialize in oil heating systems completely, while there are other Heating and Air Conditioning corporations that also maintain, service, plus install air conditioners.

The terrible economy and inflation that is happening right now means that I don’t really have any cash at this point to get my Heating, Ventilation and A/C idea repaired, however this is not a good thing, that’s for sure.

It’s still the middle of the Wintertide around here and I just don’t have the cash in my home service account to get anything fixed at all right now. I am not delighted about this in the least. It would be weird if the weather was already heating up outside, however that is not the case. It’s still freezing and the weather is still snowy and icy most of the time. It really won’t legitimately start heating up until the middle of March, and there is just no way that I am going to be able to go without a heating idea for that long! I need to get it fixed, however I am just out of advantage when it comes to the cash situation right now. I think that my best bet is really to just use the little electric space furnace that I have out in the garage for emergencies. I mean, I’m not freezing to death yet, however it’s starting to become somewhat of an emergency. I haven’t been able to use the oil furnace in a couple of afternoons now, and it has entirely not been legitimately comfortable around here, that’s for sure, but maybe if I put the little electrical space furnace in the bedroom overnight, it will knock the chill off the air!

It’s been pretty freezing the last few days & with Winter fast approaching it’s only going to get colder. I’m not a fan of colder temperatures or the Winter however they do help me appreciate the summers that much more. I’m super glad I have an electric furnace & in case things go south I do have a fireplace installed in our condo as well. I could not live separate from any source of a heater; Recently our travels throughout the neighborhood I see quite a few homeless people struggle to stay warm. I believe so empathetic to them, then this a single homeless guy by the name of Carl I see every afternoon & I believe a little about his life story. His life turned upside down when he took on too much in life all at once & lost his complete life. He lost his partner, his kids, his house, his task & his car. He wasn’t rich or anything although he lost so much in the past numerous years that it’s honestly hard for him to get back on his feet. I occasionally help him with food or clothes or whatever when I see him, then usually, I find him depressed crying in a corner not even asking for anything. To be honest he never asks for anything because he is still trying to be a proud man & figure it out. I believe some people need help & if I can help in the slightest I will. There is a Winter storm coming this weekend & no a single could survive it I feel. I found Carl a couple of days before & gave him to stay at our condo so he can prefer the fireplace & a few things to help him get by. I’m here for him.

It’s been about a week since I started this 2 week vacation with my family.
It has been amazing with the food, music, the people and I’m just fully relaxed.
Vacations like this make it hard for me to return to my HVAC company and help the small townspeople with their HVAC needs. Nearly a week and my cellphone is still off because I don’t want to be reached out for anything and I know if I turn that cell phone on I’ll have a call about something and there is nothing I could do about it anyways besides try to get off the phone and tell them to call my brother John. Then things went south, and the nice air conditioning system that we have in our hotel room stopped working. I talked to the front desk clerk about it and they said they will have an HVAC technician come by in 2 days. Apparently, the HVAC businesses around here are busier than what I have back at home but they should be staffed better, right? I asked to speak to the manager and stated I am an HVAC technician who runs my own business and showed them my card. I asked if I can just take a quick look at their HVAC system. It didn’t take long at all and I found out that the issue is their air filters were clogged and needed to be cleaned. Lucky for them they have washable filters so I took them out and cleaned them real quick. I showed the manager what the issue was and she was happy and gave us a free dinner for 2 nights. I guess sometimes it pays to have knowledge in this field. Now back to relaxation!

As I sit here working on Mrs.
Jackson’s new electric furnace system that I’m putting in place I can’t help to think I wish my twin brother Mark was here working on this with me.
Doing this job which would take us together would be completed much faster than doing it with no help at all. I need my HVAC technician brother to help get the job done! I know I rely on him too much and he is more technically advanced than I am but I just have to trust I can complete this task with minor issues. Mrs. Jackson has been quiet all morning but I can tell she is anxious for me to complete this job. As I walked into her house this morning she was wrapped in an electric blanket trying to keep warm. I find it a bit funny because it is in the mid 60’s outside and I’m in shorts. I know she likes her thermostat set to 80 degrees which is a bit ridiculous but I’m not here to judge but to make another happy customer. I started to think to myself that it might be time to hire a new HVAC technician to come to people’s houses and assist Mark and I to work on our local communities HVAC systems. It would be nice to add another hand for us. It will definitely be nice to have another person so one of us can go on vacation with little stress but I’m sure Mark isn’t stressed since he shut himself off from the world when he started his vacation. I just think it might be time to bring someone on and I’ll discuss this with my brother when he is done with his vacation.
