It feels great to get a good night of sleep.
I find that I sleep better in the wintertime as I get to bed before 10pm and seem to sleep better when I am in bed earlier.
Summer is a different story altogether though, since we end up playing music or volleyball on the beach till around 11pm. The sun doesn’t set till around 10pm or so in the summer, and by the time I get home it is well past 11pm or later and I don’t get to bed till 1am most nights. Even with the air purifier humming away as white noise, because I don’t run my central HVAC system, I can still hear people partying at the bar beside me. I pretty much wake up around 8am no matter what time I fall asleep, so needless to say I don’t sleep as well in the summer. My local contractor buddy plays ball with me and he has trouble waking up to go to the HVAC business at 8am each morning in the summer. I may not play as much ball this summer because my knees are getting worse, but I am sure I’ll still sneak in a bit. My heating and cooling job requires a lot of knee bending when working on ductwork or carrying some heating equipment up a few flights of stairs. So my knees are pretty important in my working life, and I use them when I am playing the djembe in my band. I am going to the local business now to grab a HEPA filter, see ya.

Tomorrow is the last day of February and it is going to start getting warmer soon. The winter began in the middle of October when the temps dropped quickly and that cold rain started, and it has been getting cold ever since. I think though we are finally near the end of it and things will start heating up again. Summer will be here before we know it and I will be out in the sand once again playing my favorite sport, just like I have been for the past 30 or more years. My heating device is going to get a break soon and that means it will be time to clean the HEPA filter for my a/c unit and get it ready for summer. I will contact someone to come out within the next few weeks to take a look at my system and make sure it is all good to go for the hot weather. I haven’t turned on my a/c unit since August of last year and I want to get a cooling tech out here to take a look at it and service it if it needs it so there are no surprises when summer comes. The worst thing is when you turn it on in the middle of June and nothing but warm air blows out. This happened to me before and it took four weeks to get the HVAC worker out because a lot of other people had issues with their a/c systems in their places. This year I will be ahead of the game.

I think once I am done with my work I will take a little nap. I woke up really early this morning because I had songs going through my mind that woke me up. Sometimes when I am sleeping I dream about the songs we are playing in our band and come up with some new lyrics for them. This was the same back in the day when I was doing comedy and would come up with funny ideas in the middle of the night. This is probably when the heart speaks the loudest. My heating rep told me the same thing happens with her when she wakes up thinking about an HVAC component issue with a client or something along those lines. I guess a lot of people wake up in the middle of the night sometimes thinking about what they should be or could be doing with their lives. Sometimes my air purifier wakes me up or my dehumidifier starts beeping when the tank is full. I wear earplugs normally so I only usually wake up when there is a really loud noise or something. I’ve been sleeping this way for many years, ever since my ears started ringing about twenty years ago from a virus I had. The local business near me tried to help with the ringing but the only thing that seems to work is a loud air purifier or dehumidifier near my bed. I can hear them through the earplugs and it kind of takes away from the non stop ringing I hear all of the time.

Tomorrow is my bank day as I have a problem with not receiving texts when I am trying to do my online banking. I think there is something wrong on their end because my phone gets texts. Maybe the bank guy put in the wrong phone number when I changed my number last time I was in there talking to him. I will get a good night of sleep tonight and get in there in the morning and knock it out. Then I have to go to the dentist and get this darn tooth fixed so I can eat. HVAC technology sales is on the agenda also as I try to sell some heating and cooling equipment online for my buddy. I think I will do well selling them because I have a lot of contacts here in this town and the other town where I was living before for a few years. I think tonight I will go to sleep really early so I can get up and get to the bank before they open so that I am the first one to be served. Adding lavatory ventilation was a must do in my space. I have a giant lavatory and the shower head is sizable in there, the heat from the shower creates a lot of steam. I hated that my mirror was always fogged over. I would get condensation all along the walls that I would have to mop up. I was always fighting mold in the shower and the corners of the lavatory. I immediately went online and looked up ventilation helpers. I found that you can spend anywhere from 10 to numerous hundreds of dollars on lavatory ventilation. I sprung for a nice system. I have a lavatory ventilation method with an LED light that turns on when you walk in the shower. It automatically removes the heated air from the air quality to cool the space down. It is said to lower the Heating and A/C bills if you have nice lavatory ventilation. I assumed that a Heating and A/C contractor would do the replacement. I mean it stands for heating, ventilation and air conditioner, however well after I had the Heating and A/C guy in there he told me he installs ventilators, HVAC duct and air quality equipment! I felt a Heating and A/C worker should drill holes into the side of my lake house to pump air outside, however the electrician did a nice job, then my space is cooler, less muggy and I do enjoy how it feels after a shower. I don’t disinfect up half as much mold anymore.

I make sure to get my essential vitamins into my diet. I take absolutely relaxing care of my skin with quality, natural products. I clean my sheets officially, invest in relaxing quality clothing and I eliminate stress in my life, but another thing I do is tackle my indoor air pollen levels. Most people spend 90% of their afternoon indoors, then did you suppose your indoor air pollen levels is significantly more polluted than the outdoor air? I was shocked. I thought with pollution, trash, vehicle exhaust and natural odors it would be worse outside. In fact your home Heating and Air Conditioning proposal keeps all the terrible pollutants circling around over and over again. It is important to air out your home every now and then. It is a relaxing system to do official Heating and Air Conditioning cleanings so you aren’t breathing in the dirt, dust and hair inside the system. I was official with the local plumber plus knew she had amazing labor ethics, plus she didn’t charge an arm plus a leg for her service… When we had a problem with the bathroom, I had a tploy emergency plus tried to call him! I had toilet water draining through the kitchen ceiling plus all over my kitchen floor.
I was cooking for family, plus I had to have the leak repaired.
When I called our local plumber, I was told she was on trip… The woman who answered the iPhone told me she had an emergency plumber on call in case someone had a tploy emergency, she seemed satisfied to tell me that she would consider my plumbing situation an emergency. She told me she would call him for me plus asked my name plus address. Ten minutes later, I heard from the plumber plus she told me she could be at the home in fifteen minutes, but she asked that my spouse turn the water off to the bathroom before she got there. That was going to be hard since we had only one water shut off valve, plus I would have no water! My spouse turned the water off as the plumber proposed plus she then headed to town to pick up several cases of water. There was no way I was going to cook an entire family meal separate from a lot of water, but then…no one was going to use the facilities unless the plumber arrive on time. I held my breath the entire time the plumber was at the house. I prayed she could fixed the broken drain pipe plus my dinner would come off separate from a hitch.

I have seriously thought about spending my retirement traveling the country, but the cost of air travel is making me wonder if there are alternatives that don’t necessarily cost as much once every relevant factor is taken into account.
Sure, there are rail lines throughout the country, but they’re not constantly the most ideal solutions if there aren’t stops before you get to your destination. That’s what made me wonder if I should just do all of the driving myself, even if that meant boondocking in a truck camper instead of staying in hotels along the way. I used an RV a little bit back when I was in university because my roommate had one & invited me on a trip when he finally procured it from his parents’ house. However, that was an outdated RV & it showed on the inside with a considerable amount of wear & antiquatedness. Another thing I didn’t love about that outdated RV was how freezing or overheated it would feel depending on the weather outside. It would bake in the afternoon, Summer sun & all of us would freeze in below zero temperatures. He had an a/c that only worked marginally & a space heating system that was insufficient & dangerous at the same time. I know that if I get an RV, I want something up-to-date that interests an effective heating & cooling system. I am not interested in compromising on comfort during my travels because I know the right RV will satisfy my minimal needs. I’m patient until I find the right model with the right features without spending too much currency in the end.

There are some DIY projects that I wish I had listened to our gut before hand & didn’t attempt on our own.
Even with the best video tutorials, you can’t regularly believe that you’ll be able to replicate a professional’s actions without the official training. When I made shelves recently, I should have l gained about how to make them sturdy enough to bear a load greater than five pounds on top of the weight of the shelves. It was a learning experience for sure, as I found out abruptly how much disaster can result from a straight-forward miscalculation. When I got better with wood, I started using Youtube tutorials to make a cable stand, a toil bench for our garage, & a shoe rack for our partner. As I built more items for the house, our skills improved seriously. But as far as I get with woodlaboring, I still know our limits with everything else. I do not fare well with fire or electricity. I was almost trapped in a burning building at the age of several & then I got shocked by an electric fence a few years later. Both experiences gave myself and others a considerable respect for electricity & fire combined. When I wanted a wood stove to compliment our gas gas furnace, I didn’t even attempt to do it on our own. I immediately called a professional from the fireplace & gas furnace company. Since I live in the north, both of us have some companies that specialize in gas heating systems completely, while there are other Heating as well as A/C businesss that also maintain, service, & install cooling systems.

These afternoons, now that I have a home of our own, I am still definitely cheerful that our Grandfather used to show myself and others how to fix things.
I assume of Grandfather whenever I fix the air filter in our house, back when I was growing up as a little boy, I used to help our Grandfather fix things around the home all the time, he was truly a handy toned guy. He used to fix everything around the home plus he liked teaching myself and others how to do it, too. He typically told myself and others that a real person knew how to fix things plus I believed him. I still assume that he was right. These afternoons, now that I have a home of our own, I am still definitely cheerful that our Grandfather used to show myself and others how to fix things. I am 1 of the only guys I suppose who knows how to fix things care about the plumbing problems plus electrical problems that I run into at our home on a respected basis. I also suppose how to fix the heating plus cooling idea because our Grandfather used to bring myself and others along whenever he was working on an Heating as well as A/C idea anywhere. He used to toil on the 1 at our home plus the 1s of all of our aunts’ plus uncles’ homes, too. I used to have a definitely superb time going out with him plus carrying his toolbox for him plus handing him tools, but now, all of that training from when I was little is truly helpful because I suppose how to fix most of the problems that I have with the Heating as well as A/C idea at our own house, and whenever I check the air filter in our home or do anything that has to do with the thermostat, oil furnace, or a/c, I typically assume of our Grandfather.
