Real estate investing can be a huge business venture

My partner Mark works as a Project Manager for a major construction business in our town, she has been doing this for about 15 years now, but and though she loves her task, she decided that in the next 5 years, she would like to operate a successful real estate investing corporation; Personally, I know nothing about real estate investing, but i am an English professor, so that is way outside my realm.

But Mark knows quite a bit about the industry because real estate is affixed to the construction industry.

In talking to Mark, I discovered that there are unusual types of real estate investing that include residential, commercial, real estate trust investments (REITs), raw land, plus crowdfunding. But Mark would like to invest in residential home by flipping homes. She would purchase fixer-uppers plus use a small crew to make the repairs plus to perform the remodeling plus then sell the home. She understands the funding risks that come with this type of real estate investing, although she is confident in her plan plus believes that this would be a unquestionably lucrative business. As I mentioned, I don’t know much about real estate investing, however with Mark’s background in construction, I have no doubt that she will be successful at it. And if flipping houses works out plus she believes it will, she would like to resign from her up-to-date position to fully pursue this venture, however there is a lot of cash that can be made from real estate investing plus I believe that Mark has what it takes to succeed, so I will fully support all her future real estate ventures.
