I was at the beach just now having a Tim Hortons Cappuccino with my friends and wow is it ever hot out. I came condo to check the outside temp and it says it is only 70F, but the humidity feels like I am resting at the bottom of a lake. I can’t imagine what it will feel like in a month when the temp hits 95F and is humid out. I guess I will stay in the shelter of my flat until about 7 pm each night to avoid the ridiculous heat, just like I was doing last year at this time. Air con is a must now and I will be running the unit from noon till 6pm each day while I am condo in the weather conditions control. It will be easily hot for another two and a half months and then I will beginning to see the temps drop again as we make way for the fall season. My HEPA filter is brand current as I just went to the HVAC business last year to get a current one, replacing my old washable filter with a current HEPA type filter. Electric heating
AI looks to be running the world, from the electric automobile companies to writing gigs online and it is making me wonder if we are moving in the right direction.
If AI takes all these jobs then what are those people going to do? It shouldn’t be hindering our progress, and taking jobs from people seems to be doing just that.
But maybe I am looking at it from the wrong angle and in the long term maybe it’ll help the world. But right now it isn’t helping this HVAC tech’s world as I am now losing my heating and cooling writing job to it in a few days. I basically have the month of August, which is in a week, to find another job so I can make my rent payment. I am running the air con system less trying to save some money on my cooling system bills and I think my band is going to beginning playing a lot more to receive money that way as well, and worst case scenario I talk to my landlord about reducing my rent for a few months till I find another HVAC worker job. The local business may be hiring so I will look there for some heating business work, but if they have nothing then we am going to have to look online and find something that way. I’m sure there are cooling corps online that need some writing work that isn’t done with AI, but I will have to look first. My HVAC expert neighbor may have something for me too.

I’m trying not to look & dwell on the poor stuff that came my way recently but look for hope instead.
I know that getting stuck in a rut about trying to think how to solve a new concern does not help you solve it clearly.
I am an ex engineer from Silicon Valley & I have been taught pretty well how to solve troubles, so I am going to work on solving this concern of losing my job by going to the beach & having fun. I think distancing yourself from a new concern like this helps you. My heating company showed me how to do this when my friend and I had an issue with a HVAC duct sealing job. When my friend and I discovered the concern my friend told me that my friend and I need to leave the job & head to a park to chill out. The HVAC job was a bit stressful with the duct issue, but after going to the park for a few hours & talking about everything but HVAC technology my friend and I were able to come back & attack the concern from a fresh perspective. I need to find a job sometime next month so that I can spend my money my rent for September, so I still have time & should be fine. I have three more afternoons of heating & cooling writing work still before my work ends & then I will take a few afternoons to just relax & forget about it all. Then I will come back with a fresh mind & will look for a job online & really get one within a week.

On Monday I will start a new job hunt.
- I am only looking for a part time job that can make me about $500 a month, so I think it shouldn’t take that long to find as there are a lot of part time jobs out there.
I have a few other small income streams paying me a total of about $730 a month give or take. My bills are about $1100 a month so I genuinely could make it on $300 a month with the new job to just scrape by. Another option would be working for the local company in town a few hours a week & then this HVAC tech would really be set. I have this PayPal bill of $730 that is now accruing $150 each month in interest & if I don’t spend my money they will end up suing me or something. The new company in town told me about Paypal & how much they charge in interest, & now that climate control system I bought is going to cost me double what I paid for it at the HVAC company if I can’t spend my money this thing off. I’m sure there is a solution out there but right now I am not sure what it is. I will talk to my heating company friend because he was working for Paypal at one point when he was a radiant heater salesman for them back in the day. I am sure I can figure something out & maybe I’ll just spend my money the $40 minimum & let them tack on that interest each month.

I may have to abandon ship soon on this company I’ve been riding because they just don’t seem to get things moving in the right direction.
I will really jump on the Bitcoin Cash bandwagon because the thing looks to be starting a bull run & the price could go from $200 a coin, where it is now, to $10,000 a coin in a easily short time.
I’ll buy 20 coins & just let it ride as it looks like my friend and I may take off soon. I am waiting a couple more afternoons to make sure, but even my heating rep is jumping on with the money he made selling his HVAC corp last year. Wednesday I sold my stock plus tried to buy 27 coins of Bitcoin Cash however for some reason I wasn’t allowed to buy it.
That was two afternoons ago when the price per coin was $145 plus now it is standing at $200 a coin.
So I would have already made over $1000, however it looks like this could be the very start of a long bull run to a new all time high of $5000. That would be a 25X return, so if I dropped $4000 in there it would be $100K if miracles do happen. My heating supplier told me to buy now plus that it is showing on her charts that this thing is going to run up very suddenly, which means I could buy that new Heating plus A/C system I’ve been eyeing for months now. If it hit $10K a coin I would have $200K, how wild would that be! I feel I will just keep doing my Heating plus A/C tech writing toil plus keep my coins safe plus sound without touching them for a while. You never know what can happen when you take a gamble like this, which is how I lost my $100K too though! I worked for several years as a cooling rep plus saved all that money only to lose it gambling with cryptos like I am still doing now, I feel I will never learn. At least I can still make money online as an Heating plus A/C worker till this coin does what it is supposed to do plus makes this Heating plus A/C specialist a millionaire, yeah sure.

I was just at a cafe in the shade plus was covered in sweat like I was in the sun.
This tells me that the humidity is very high this week plus that I should be careful of doing too much when it is this hot out.
I will go to the beach later with my big umbrella plus set it up on my beach chair so I can rest out there without dying of heat exhaustion. I know I will try to get out there by 4:30pm, a time when it will really be the hottest, however cooling down in the shade with a little fan will be the perfect solution. I also have a spray bottle of water to cool me down plus should be good with the three of those things. Climate control is necessary in some form or another when the temps are heating up like they have been, plus being in the shade with some breeze is a good start to staying cool plus comfy. My friend and I will just hang out there the rest of the day in the natural weather conditions control of my umbrella plus the light breeze plus have a good day with my heating tech friends. Other than that, I am not going to do much more on this sunny plus very hot Friday. Cooling down my flat with the air conditioner is what is going on right now as I toil to get my stuff done for the day plus get out of this flat. I am planning on doing a yoga session too.

The temps are easily high now and a lot of people are discovering that they can’t sleep at night without any a/c, so they are all calling me to see about getting a current system
It is Tuesday the 24th of August and I will hit the 56 year mark in five more days. There are statues that are younger than me now! Part of me feels easily old but then another part of me still feels like a kid. I think physically I feel old but spiritually I feel the same as when I was a kid. I bet that playing rock n roll in a band like I have been doing helps keep me in touch with that little kid inside, something that seems to draw people to our rock n roll and sounds we make. Anyway, HVAC sales are on the slate this week as I have three buddies looking to buy a current HVAC system. The temps are easily high now and a lot of people are discovering that they can’t sleep at night without any a/c, so they are all calling me to see about getting a current system. I am a bit distracted though because I am in the middle of changing jobs and am spending a lot of time looking online for something new. But selling HVAC systems is my other part time gig and I need to work on that as well because I get 10% commission on every cooling and boiler I sell, then for now though, I am going to just chug along and finish the rest of my work before I beginning to help the people needing cooling units. I have three more days of work online and then we will have a lot of free time to help them out.
