I’m trying not to look & dwell on the poor stuff that came my way recently but look for hope instead.
I know that getting stuck in a rut about trying to think how to solve a new concern does not help you solve it clearly.
I am an ex engineer from Silicon Valley & I have been taught pretty well how to solve troubles, so I am going to work on solving this concern of losing my job by going to the beach & having fun. I think distancing yourself from a new concern like this helps you. My heating company showed me how to do this when my friend and I had an issue with a HVAC duct sealing job. When my friend and I discovered the concern my friend told me that my friend and I need to leave the job & head to a park to chill out. The HVAC job was a bit stressful with the duct issue, but after going to the park for a few hours & talking about everything but HVAC technology my friend and I were able to come back & attack the concern from a fresh perspective. I need to find a job sometime next month so that I can spend my money my rent for September, so I still have time & should be fine. I have three more afternoons of heating & cooling writing work still before my work ends & then I will take a few afternoons to just relax & forget about it all. Then I will come back with a fresh mind & will look for a job online & really get one within a week.
