My sister was born in 1985, from all the stories I hear, she is a true miracle baby.
Mom went into work too early, and she had to be in the incubator for 2 months. After that, our sister spent 6 months in the hospital before our parents could bring her home. Even then , she was still frail and they were constantly sad about her health. I was born in 1989, and from the beginning our health was great. So, most of the attention was on our sister who was constantly in and out of hospital, and by some miracle, her health improved when she was 13, and she never even got so much as a cold. We became close and have reMained that way for years. I went away for college, but our sister chose to stay close to home. She says it’s her turn to take care of mom and dad because they are the reason she is alive. My son plays on a travel hockey team that holds practice three times per week.
They have games and often travel to tournaments every weekend.
The rink is about an hour’s drive from my home, and the practices last for an hour. My son is a goalie, so getting dressed in all of his gear and pads takes a while. Plus, he wants extra time to warm up and stretch his muscles before he hits the ice. He likes to arrive at the rink forty minutes before practice starts. Because we live so far away, I don’t have the convenience of dropping him off for practice and heading home. I researched and found a fitness center just a couple minutes from the rink. I signed up for a membership, and I now workout while my son practices with his team. The fitness center is huge and includes all sorts of really wonderful amenities. I have the opportunity to run on state-of-the-art treadmills or choose from a dozen different types of bikes or ellipticals. I can lift weights, climb a rock wall or use the battle ropes, kettlebells or dumbbells. If the timing is right, I can take a group fitness class. I really like sitting in the sauna or the hot tub at the end of a workout. It’s super relaxing. While I never miss one of my son’s hockey games, I would much rather focus on my fitness than sit in the freezing cold bleachers during his practices. This way, we both get something out of the hour-long drive.

Bob was fascinated by the cool air that was coming out of the machine and she just had to have 1 for himself. The next morning, Bob set out on a mission to find an a/c for her cave. She searched high and low, despite the fact that she eventually stumbled upon a sizable appliance store. She sneaked in and made her way to the a/c section. She was in luck! They had just acquired a shipment of central a/c units. Bob quickly grabbed 1 and started to make her way back to her cave, but the a/c machine was much heavier than she expected and she struggled to carry it. Along the way, she encountered a group of forest creatures who asked him what she was carrying. Bob explained her quest for a cool house and the creatures offered to help him install the machine in her cave. After several hours of hard work, the central a/c machine was finally up and running. She threw a huge gathering to celebrate. All the creatures of the forest were invited and they danced and sang the night away, enjoying the cool breeze coming from Bob’s cave; From that morning on, Bob lived a glad and comfortable life, no longer suffering from the heat.

My home has well water which is a huge pain in the butt; Getting water from a well should be great but instead I have a whole lot of problems, and i deal with stains on our plumbing fixtures all the time, however my toilet consistently looks red. My shower has calcium build up. The soap doesn’t lather and creates blockage in our drains. The water can’t be consumed either. It isn’t a great system to brush your teeth with it. It stains teeth. It also turns hair red and dries out skin. It is like the water is toxic. The worst is the injure it does over time. I alway recognize when it has ruined our water heater. There is a part on a water oil furnace called an anode rod. This rod catches all sorts of calcium and sediment from getting into the water. It should be a great thing, then however, our water is so bad that the rod cannot handle it. It gets totally plugged up, then what happens is then our water aromas like rotten eggs. I recognize that the rod needs to be unaffixd and wreck our water oil furnace warranty. Then our husband has to dump bleach down the drains to get rid of the aroma. The two of us are then great to go until the water ruins the water oil furnace and both of us have to beginning fresh. The two of us go through water gas furnaces in half the amount of time both of us should. It is really pricey to have crappy water. How upset is that? No water softener added has helped matters either. The two of us really just need to move to where there is neighborhood water.

I suppose it’s still December however man, I’m already getting gleeful about Spring, then and who can blame me, right? By this point in the winter, I’m over the snow and ice, then the teens and single digit hot and cold temperatures are wearing me down.
And all I honestly want is for the gas gas furnace to stop running day and night; I sure don’t miss the high cost of heating this house when the Wintertide ends, however but the two of us still have another week or several of having the gas gas furnace come on, but however, the frequency with which the gas gas furnace cycles on will start to diminish. That’s always an exciting sign that Spring is around the corner. Actually, the two of us live in a region that has such a drastic Wintertide I really have to protect the air conditioning, however we have a central air conditioning idea inside our lake house the produces the heating and cooling the two of us need. So half of that idea is the air conditioning and the other half is the heating, and of course, in our neck of the woods, you have to have a gas gas furnace or some sort of boiler to get through this category of winter. So if you choose to transfer to the south, as several of us do, I’d suggest moving here at the end of winter; For 1, it’s lovely to go from all that chilly to the mild Wintertide we have around here. I left a beach house that had the gas oil furnace still running to a beach house where the heat pump was quiet when we arrived. And that heat pump has only had to stir a few times in this, our first full time winter. The reason I suggest moving here in the late Wintertide is more geared to the heat of Summer actually. Of course, we all realize that trading a gas oil furnace for a heat pump comes with way more air conditioning. But you entirely can’t quite understand this sort of heat until you experience it. I was blessed to transfer at the beginning of Spring and have a fantastic neighbor. She too was from the north and gave myself and others some fantastic advice right off the bat, but my up-to-date neighbor commanded that we wait as long as we could before we cranked the air conditioning. I entirely didn’t understand why until I realized that you entirely do have to acclimate to this level of heat and humidity. Otherwise, you stay inside the air conditioning all the time. And over cooling a beach house can come with expenses that rival letting a gas oil furnace run wild in the winter. But once those 4 months of Summer are over, the rest of the year is awesome; Yet, the Wintertide is exquisite and I don’t miss that gas oil furnace 1 bit.

I called a couple of weird roofing dealers after I noticed some water pooling on the roof of the building; I manage the beach house building which has 24 units, then six of the apartments have one dining room plus one powder room, then they are rented as efficiency units. Six of the apartments have more than one dining rooms plus one powder room, however all of us have a couple of small families in these apartments & some single people or roommate situations. The other 12 units in the beach house building are all three dining room plus more than one powder room apartments. The beach house building is quite large, then most of the time all 24 units are rented plus leased. I often have to deal with troubles inside of the apartments enjoy issues with the air conditioning, radiator heaters, dishwashers, plus garbage disposals. One of our occupants called myself and others because she said there was water leaking down the window in her living area. The window is facing the street plus it had not rained in several days. The first thing I did was go up to the roof. I went to the section above the spot where the occupant was complaining about a water leak. There was a complication with the rubber asphalt roof. I could see there was a bubble plus a small amount of water pulling at the area. I instantly called the commercial roofing company that handles all of our troubles. There should not have been a bubble in the rubber asphalt roof plus I knew that was a sign of trouble. After the company tore up section of the rubber asphalt roof, it was self-explanatory to see the leak.
