Real estate investing can be an expensive company venture

As I mentioned, I don’t know much about real estate investing, but with Mark’s background in construction, I have no doubt that he will be successful at it

My hubby Mark works as a Project Manager for a major construction company in our town, but he has been doing this for about 15 years now, however and though he likes his job, he decided that in the next 5 years, he would like to operate a successful real estate investing company, personally, I know nothing about real estate investing, but i am an English lecturer, so that is way outside my realm, and but Mark knows quite a bit about the industry because real estate is affixed to the construction industry. In talking to Mark, I discovered that there are unusual types of real estate investing that include residential, commercial, real estate trust investments (REITs), raw land, plus crowdfunding. But Mark would like to invest in residential dwelling by flipping homes. He would purchase fixer-uppers plus use a small crew to make the repairs as well as to perform the remodeling plus then sell the home. He understands the funding risks that come with this type of real estate investing, even though he is confident in his plan plus believes that this would be a undoubtedly lucrative business. As I mentioned, I don’t know much about real estate investing, but with Mark’s background in construction, I have no doubt that he will be successful at it. And if flipping houses works out as well as he believes it will, he would like to resign from his current position to fully pursue this venture, there is a lot of money that can be made from real estate investing plus I assume that Mark has what it takes to succeed, so I will fully support all his future real estate ventures.
