I occasionally wonder what I would do if I didn’t have a/c? I know there were times when I didn’t have a/c, however that was because the AC component was broken, now that I am going through menopause, the a/c as well as our zone control are the only things that keep my family wanting to be around me.
I am truly annoyed when the heat flashes occur.

She makes sure the a/c is running well, as well as there is little humidity in the house, but my good friend and I have zone control in the house, as well as I can go to my toil room as well as relax when the heat flashes come on. I like knowing I can lower the temperature as well as it isn’t causing anyone else discomfort. Menopause can’t end soon enough, although I have my a/c as well as a room to myself, whenever it rears its head as well as makes me go crazy. I know my wife as well as family are cheerful about this. Whenever I go into my private room, whether for the a/c or to get away from the noise, no one bothers me.
