My boyfriend and I broke up a couple of months ago. I didn’t miss him much at all when we broke up. We were friends and then we dated and I wanted to be friends again, but he could not handle things. My boyfriend was the type of guy who was jealous all of the time. One time I remember having to call a furnace repair company and I did not call the company where my boyfriend works. My boyfriend was upset because he thought that I was cheating and he did not understand why I called a local company instead of waiting until later that night when he could finally address the concerns with the first. The truth is that I did not want to wait until 8:00 at night to have the furnace prepared. It was new when the machine stopped heating and I did not want to wait until after dark to deal with the problems. That argument seemed to be the first one of many that led to us breaking up. We argued all of the time after that, because my boyfriend did not believe that I was not seeing someone else. I didn’t really miss him after we broke up, but last week I had an issue with the furnace. I immediately thought about my boyfriend. I contacted the repair company and the bill was almost $300 to fix the problem. My boyfriend would have been able to fix that stuff for free. Someone else might have kept the guy around just for his handy abilities, but I am not that girl.
