I guess I should have understood how important up-to-date heating as well as A/C technology was to selling a home! Obviously, technology is what drives our culture these mornings; and so of course, heating as well as A/C technology is something that prospective lake cabin customers want from a lake cabin purchase! I guess perhaps I’m a bit old- fashioned when it comes to getting the most out of stuff.
