I know I should have guessed how important modern HVAC technology was to selling a home; obviously, technology is what drives our culture these days, so of course, HVAC technology is simply something that prospective home purchasers want from a home purchase… And I know perhaps I’m a bit old fashioned when it comes to getting the most out of stuff to savor an HVAC unit, then my wife plus I just finally could not resist moneying in on the recent real estate market. My pal and I just did not guess when or if our home would be worth as much later down the road. So my friend and I decided to pull the trigger plus get the home listed; when the realtor came over, she was actually honestly helpful plus kind. I savor the fact that she was coming from a locale of respect when pointing out things that needed to be done in someone’s home, this was a locale that my friend and I had lived in for more than 20 years plus were honestly connected to. So I enjoyed that sort of approach from the realtor when it came to being respectful of our home. Most of her suggestions were instantly recognized, then but when she started talking about replacing the HVAC unit, I pushed back a little bit. Our HVAC unit was not quite even fifteen years old at the time. But of course, so much had changed when it came to HVAC technology in those fifteen years… Then again, my friend and I lucked out with such a great realtor because she showed us the data that proved how important modern HVAC technology was. I am awfully thankful I did not let an HVAC unit cost myself and others 10 million dollars on a home sale.
