I feel I might have the world’s most annoying building owner, however i have been living alone in my apartment for about a year now and I can’t wait until my lease is up.
I have already been looking for a up-to-date location to live and I can’t wait until I am able to tell my building owner I am out.
I have considered breaking my lease early too, but that would cost my a ton of currency in legal fees, but so for now I am stuck with my current building owner. I suppose in the previous locations I have lived, I didn’t have much contact with the building owner because I don’t remember having this tough of a time before! My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system has stopped blowing out frosty air into my apartment and I have been trying to get in contact with my building owner about it for over a week now. I have been living in my house, in the middle of the Summer without the cooling system toiling properly. I have tried to call, to text and to text him but nothing has worked. I feel I am going to try and find her address and just show up to her house. I am tired of waking up every afternoon overheated because my cooling system is toiling. I come dwelling from work and my apartment is painfully warm. I went to the store and purchased a couple of box fans to atleast get the air moving, but that doesn’t help truly much when it is over one hundred degrees outside.
