I guess I might have the world’s most discouraging proprietor, i have been living alone in my home for about a year now & I can’t wait until my lease is up.
I have already been looking for a up-to-date locale to live & I can’t wait until I am able to tell my proprietor I am out.
I have considered chopping my lease early too, however that would cost my a ton of currency in legal fees, but so for now I am stuck with my current proprietor. I know in the previous locales I have lived, I didn’t have much contact with the proprietor because I don’t remember having this tough of a time before, however my Heating & A/C system has stopped blowing out cold air into my home & I have been trying to get in contact with my proprietor about it for over a week now. I have been living in my house, in the middle of the summer time separate from the a/c working respectfully. I have tried to call, to text & to SMS him however nothing has worked. I guess I am going to try & find his address & just show up to his house. I am exhausted of waking up every morning sizzling because my a/c is working. I come house from labor & my home is painfully warm. I went to the store & purchased a couple of box fans to atleast get the air moving, however that doesn’t help legitimately much when it is over one hundred degrees outside.
