Many homes still have an outdoor HVAC component. So it’s important to protect that part of your HVAC system if you have one. I called my local HVAC company and they recommended that I buy a small cage or box to place around my outdoor HVAC component to protect it from damage. I am so glad that I did this because after the last storm in my area there was a lot of wind and debris. I think it’s important to protect the things you own and your HVAC unit is no exception! These are a few tips that I follow to make sure that I am protecting my HVAC system as best as possible.
