This is the year I’m going to do it.
And I’m determined to see this through as I’ve sort of been way inconsistent when it comes to air cooler while in the summer. Each year, it seems I prefer to start out with some sort of control component discipline only to bail on it by about June! In our region, June signals the time when the real heat and humidity blanket our region; from June through July is what I prefer to call the heating season! But the heating season comes with temperatures near the century mark along with a thick dose of humidity. Each time I go into the summer time since I have been down here, I suppose I’m actually going to ease up on the load when it comes to my heat pump; but my will tends to fade as the temperatures rise. And I fall back into a pattern of just pushing the control component cooler and cooler as the summer time progresses, well not this year. I realize it’s Christmas, however I’m already thinking about just how to go about saving on all that air cooler cost… To that end, I have entirely been doing some research and the first site to start is of course an air cooler tune up. This allows the heat pump to be running at its most efficient which is a currency saver. But after that I learned something that made so much logical sense that I can’t think I never thought about it. This year, I’m not reaching for the control component instantly once the temperatures rise in the Spring; nope, I’m going to ac temperature to the heat and humidity for once which will result in a lot less demand for air cooler when the weather actually gets really hot.
