New office in ancient building with ancient Heating as well as Air Conditioning

For the past multiple months I’ve been applying to jobs left and right.

I do not have enough job security in my new position, and I’m looking for a better paycheck.

I’ve been perusing the papers and all of the online job postings for a modern opportunity. I have to say, the Outlook has been pretty bleak. Was severely happy when I finally got a call back for a promising modern advertising job. The contractor stated that they were in a time of rapid growth and we’re expanding their advertising team to fill their brand modern office building. I was happy about all of this. Mostly, I was stoked at the chance to labor in a modern and therefore scrub building. What I didn’t expect was that is their quote modern building was in an severely ancient historic building. The building had all original fixtures, including the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. This central heating and cooling system had to be at least 35 years old. The boiler down in the basement looks like it had seen a few turns of the century. The air ducts where sagging so low that you had to shimmy beneath them. The temperature control was so ancient that it broke in my hand when I tried to adjust the A/C unit. Whenever the AC finally engage, you could definitely tell that it was laboring because a plume of dust came shooting into the room; Unless they are planning on updating the air quality component in this office space, I do not feel that I can labor here. I’m desperate for a modern job, but I’m not desperate for a modern respiratory disease.
