These afternoons, I am entirely enjoying the cool air plus cloudy skies that we’ve been experiencing.
It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I entirely appreciate the fall season.
Even on the more difficult, rainy, plus frigid afternoons I am in heaven.You see, when I wake up plus see that the outdoor environment is freezing plus dreary, it gives me permission to feel similarly. Rather than trying to be moderate plus sunshiny, I can entirely hide out inside plus appreciate the dark moodiness of the outdoor climate. To me, freezing plus stormy afternoons signal an incredibly productive afternoon indoors. Rather than running around outside plus doing errands, I am going to stay inside with my central furnace plus appreciate the elegant warmth of current indoor air temperature control. I like to use my freezing plus rainy afternoons as sizable labor afternoon is. I can sit down on a ipad plus hammer out hours of labor for my task, all the while appreciating the streaming heat to that comes pouring out of the air vent onto my feet. I can wrap up in a blanket plus set a space heater next to me if I am feeling even cozier. It’s simple to sit down plus concentrate fully on my labor when there has no distraction from singing parakeets or streaming sunshine outside, then seeing the dark, freezing climate reinforces that I have nothing better to do than stay inside in the safety of my indoor heating plus cooling system. As long as I am being productive, I do not even feel bad about cranking the heat up to 80 degrees all afternoon long.
