With the HVAC duct already in site, the cost wasn’t prohibitive plus the installation process wasn’t overly invasive. Having a central cooling system has increased the resale value of the home. I am just delighted that my buddy and I can now adjust the control unit plus care about a perfectly cool residing space. Every room is comfortable. The cooling system also helps to circulate the air plus keep it smelling fresh. It filters out contaminants for a healthier plus cleaner home. It’s also quite effective at combating excess humidity. Although I notice a higher electric bill in the summer, the cooling system is energy efficient plus keeps the cost reasonable. The operation is quiet plus the system requires nothing more than monthly filter swings plus yearly service by an HVAC company. Because of the cooling system, my family sleeps better at night plus has more energy during the afternoon.
