After graduating from the HVAC training institute, I was fortunate enough to land a job with the most usual HVAC brands in the country; I worked previously as an HVAC repairman.
- Before being allowed to work, the HVAC professionals at the HVAC business took us through thorough training, so we knew everything about the modern HVAC equipment and the modern HVAC technology in the market, we trained for many months and did menial jobs to help the HVAC providers; and after many months, the corporation fully integrated us as its employees… And since I came out top in our class, I got the position of managing the rest of the team.
I would acquire the jobs from our supervisor and divide them among the groups under me. On the first afternoon of work, I noticed that the HVAC service jobs outnumbered the HVAC installation singles. I also would organize the transportation of the modern quality HVAC systems to the various stores owned by the corporation. I had so much fun with our role, and it allowed myself and others to play an area in providing quality help with indoor comfort to the buyers, as that was our drive. I also offered assistance to our team in any way I knew how. I was the middleman between our team and the top buddys. I was the first go-to guy for any inventory questions, as our job included ensuring we had enough control units and HVAC units in stock. I have since moved up to supervisor of products, and our position has changed! My first position opened myself and others up to how the corporation runs and what is needed to run successfully.
