After graduating from the heating and A/C training institute, I was fortunate enough to land a task with the most common heating and A/C brands in the country; however, I worked as an actual heating and A/C repairman… Before being allowed to work, the heating and A/C professionals at the heating and A/C supplier took us through thorough training, so my buddy and I knew everything about the up-to-date heating and A/C unit and the up-to-date heating and A/C technology in the market; then my buddy and I trained for 3 months and did menial tasks to help the heating and A/C providers… After 3 months, the supplier fully integrated us as its employees; and since I came out top in our class, I got the career of managing the rest of the team.
I would earn the tasks from our supervisor and divide them among the groups under me, then on the first day of work, I noticed that the heating and A/C service tasks outnumbered the heating and A/C upgrade ones.
I would also organize the transportation of the up-to-date quality heating and A/C systems to the various stores owned by the corporation. I had so much fun with our role, and it allowed me to play a part in providing quality help with indoor comfort to the purchasers, as that was our drive. I also gave assistance to our team in any way I knew how. I was simply the middleman between our team and the top friends. I was the first go-to person for any inventory questions, as our task included ensuring my buddy and I had enough thermostats and heating and A/C units in stock. I have since moved up to supervisor of products, and our career has changed. My first career opened me up to how the supplier actually runs and what is needed to run successfully.
