Air conditioning repairs at the house near the beautiful artificial lake

He loved the idea of an enormous body of water near the house, so he dug up a lake

As an air conditioning technician in the cooling industry, I visit many places, including beautiful residences. I have been to some of the most beautiful homes in the city. Seeing what people can do with a small piece of land is impressive. Last week, the air conditioning company assigned my team an air conditioning repair job at a mountain residence. This place is outside the city at the foot of the mountain. It took us an hour from the office to the residence. The drive from the main gate up the driveway was about a minute. Our customer met us at the door and led us to where the multi-split air conditioning unit was located. I caught a glimpse of a lake and asked our customer about it, and he was more than glad to tell us the story about the artificial lake. He said he would keep us company while we handled the repairs. The HVAC maintenance had already occurred a year after the HVAC installation, as it was a new quality air conditioner. The unit was fine, only that the filters were dirty and needed changing. Knowing more about air conditioning, I suggested we get HEPA filters from the local air conditioning provider. We had a few filters, but we would send for a dozen more. Our customer had bought the land a long time ago, and when he retired, he decided he would get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. He loved the idea of an enormous body of water near the house, so he dug up a lake. The filter would improve the air quality and the quality HVAC equipment’s functionality. The a/c serviceman cleaned the thermostat and showed the customer how to change the filters independently.
