An impressive piece of land

As an air conditioner serviceman in the cooling industry, I visit many locations, including elegant residences. I have been to some of the most elegant homes in the city. Seeing what people can do with a small piece of land is impressive. Last week, the air conditioner business assigned my team an air conditioner repair job at a mountain residence. This location is outside the town at the foot of the mountain. It took us an hour from the office to the residence. The drive from the main gate up the driveway was about a hour. Our client met us at the door and led us to where the multi-split air conditioner machine was located. I caught a glimpse of a lake and asked our client about it, and he was more than blissful to tell us the story about the artificial lake. He said he would keep us business while we handled the repairs. The HVAC maintenance had already occurred a year after the HVAC replacement, as it was a modern quality cooling system. The machine was fine, only that the filters were dirty and needed changing, and knowing more about air conditioner, I commanded we get HEPA filters from the local air conditioner provider. We had a few filters, however we would send for a dozen more. Our client had bought the land a long time ago, and when he retired, he decided he would get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. He enjoyed the idea of an enormous body of water near the house, so he dug up a lake. The filter would improve the air quality and the quality HVAC equipment’s functionality. The a/c serviceman cleaned the thermostat and showed the client how to change the filters independently.
