I was so proud of my kid when she graduated at the top of her Heating and Air Conditioning class… She came out as a certified Heating and Air Conditioning professional and the first female Heating and Air Conditioning professional in our area; It was hard for her to get far in the first couple of years, people saw this petite blonde with the heart stopping smile and assumed she wasn’t a easily good Heating and Air Conditioning professional, but once she was done with her job, they knew she knew what she was doing.
She constantly explained what she had done and why.
She provided the reasons for repairs and how to prevent it from happening. I wasn’t one bit surprised when she told her mother and I that she was going to have her own Heating and Air Conditioning company. She worked hard and already had people asking for her to be their Heating and Air Conditioning professional. The owner of the Heating and Air Conditioning company she had been working for, tried to talk her out of opening another Heating and Air Conditioning company by offering her a minute place that he wanted to open. She smiled and told him thank you for everything he had done for her. She was ready to spread her wings, and that meant she was going to try to be the owner of the largest Heating and Air Conditioning company in our area. She provided him a run for his cash, and when he was ready to retire, she bought his Heating and Air Conditioning company. She is not only the first female Heating and Air Conditioning professional, however the first female to own an Heating and Air Conditioning company and have many separate locations in our state.
