The real estate agent then would help me swing a deal and get the property! I realized that real estate agencies don’t easily believe anything.
The guy showed up late, knew little about the property and took a percentage of the sale; She was constantly motivated to sell, not find the best deal for me. I started reading the way of the game. I cut out real estate agents whenever possible now, but why should they get a percentage for doing nothing? I desperately want our husbandy to become a real estate agent so all the currency can stay in the same family, and honestly, our number one deals are when I can find homes for sale that are strictly currency. That way I eliminate the real estate agent, all the paperwork and financial aspects. It is more straightforward and clean. There seems to be less time invested as well. I have found that I am fantastic at finding residential homes for sale, duplexes for sale and even commercial real estate. I just need to be patient and dig around. I also constantly check zillow to see if there is anything new up and coming. I am constantly willing to tour or chat with a seller too, you never believe when you have the next fantastic deal on your hands. It pays to be patient, check the whole property over and get the best possible deal. I also try to save currency when I can, hence why breaking the real estate agent works for me.
