It will not save me money but I’ll be able to make a little bit of money from the sale.
This is going to sound like a bit of a crazy thing to say but I’m thinking about giving up air conditioning altogether. This is because I have noticed that it’s costing me more and more to run my heat and AC system nowadays. The heating system I have and I want it because I live in a cold climate and I couldn’t imagine living without any kind of heat in my house. It would be a miserable experience and I’d be freezing all the time. However, my air conditioning system I really don’t need and this is because, in the area where I live, the climate is really naturally mild and very rarely does it get hot here. Plus I’m tired of spending all this extra money on tune-ups and stuff like that for my air conditioning system that I’m not even really using. So I think what I’m going to do is go ahead and sell my air conditioning system and I’m just going to focus entirely on maintaining and taking care of my heating system instead. The heating system is what I really need anyways. I think I’ll list my air conditioning system for sale in one of the local classified ads. It will not save me money but I’ll be able to make a little bit of money from the sale. Now, of course, I’ll still have my heating cost but that’s okay because I need my heating system. As I said, I enjoy having a warm and toasty home in the winter. I know that some people couldn’t imagine giving up their air conditioning unit but it’s going to be a change for me. Other people live where it’s super hot and I need their air conditioning system but I’m lucky enough to not have that issue.
