It’s basically too warm for her.
My partner hates the freezing wooden floors in our house, then she prefers to walk barefoot & will not put on socks or slippers so I believe this is a “her” problem. To make her believe better I recently reached out to our local HVAC company & busy an appointment to have a heating expert come in & install radiant floors. This year has been honestly superb for us financially, especially what I accomplished with our company. This is basically our gift to her so hopefully she prefers it! I had them installed this past weekend & she is out of neighborhood till this upcoming Sunday due to her task sending her across the country for some meetings, training & such. I believe that our partner will be pleasantly surprised & appreciate the upgrade, and now there is Lucy, our dog. She does not appreciate them at all. I believe over the years she got accustomed to the cooler floors & these heated a singles don’t help her at all. It’s basically too warm for her. She does not even want to kneel on the floor anymore, but you can see her circling around trying to find the best spot however can’t get comfortable. Now I believe disappointing for her. I have to figure out some alternative thing for Lucy now since she for some odd reason is having accidents on the new flooring. I’m not quite sure what to do however if this continues when our partner comes condo this weekend it will not look good… My partner prefers this dog more than her feet so she’ll really make me tear the radiant floors apart, and what to do?
