Now I track the family room plus the dining area both, managing the kitchen staff plus making sure the customers have a pleasant dining experience. When the ventilation is bad plus the same stale air keeps getting recycled, those pleasing odors get lost in a smog of grease plus smoke. Clean air plus good ventilation make the food taste better, plus being better for the customers plus the rest of the staff. A ventilation specialist from the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier not only installed the current AC unit my buddy and I needed, he also performed a full ductwork cleaning. He proposed that we wipe out the ductworks plus air vents at least many or many times a year. With so much heavy smoke plus greasy moisture in the family room, the ductwork gets dirty fast.
