I do everything I can to be healthy.
I want to live a long, fruitful life.
That is why I tackle all areas of feeling food. I work out six days a week. I make sure to stretch before and after. I do a variety of cardio and weight training. I maintain an ideal weight and have the strength to do odd jobs around the house. I also eat super healthy. I don’t eat meat but I do eat fish, fruits, veggies and all sorts of nuts. I make sure to get my essential vitamins into my diet. I take really good care of my skin with quality, natural products. I wash my sheets regularly, invest in good quality clothing and I eliminate stress in my life. Another thing I do is tackle my indoor air quality. Most people spend 90% of their day indoors. Did you know your indoor air quality is significantly more polluted than the outdoor air? I was shocked. I thought with pollution, trash, car exhaust and natural odors it would be worse outside. In fact your home HVAC system keeps all the bad pollutants circling around over and over again. It is important to air out your house every now and then. It is a good idea to do regular HVAC cleanings so you aren’t breathing in the dirt, dust and hair inside the system. It is also smart to invest in an air purification plan that further cleans the air and removes dust from it. I do regular air filter changes on my air cleaner and the HVAC system. I feel the air I breathe in is better than most people.
