There is no heating or cooling in the workout space

I am blessed to have private a lanai constructed across the back of my home that is ideal for my workout space.

The floor is cement, the ceiling eight feet high plus the dimensions are plenty crucial for my physical needs.

The one exterior wall is built almost absolutely of screens, which provides steady and reliable ventilation. For most of the year, the weather in the local section is moderate. I cherish access to fresh breezes. I have an appealing view of the gardens plus lake at the back of the property. I’ve outfitted my home gym with a new yoga mat, incline bench, mini trampoline, set of free weights, jump rope plus battle ropes. I have almost everything I need to target all of my odd muscles, elevate my heart rate plus work up a healthy sweat. I focus on my stamina, flexibility, balance, strength training plus calorie burn. I properly spend 2 hours per day on my fitness routine. My only complaint with the space is the lack of temperature control. Because of the open screens, there is no way to incorporate heating or cooling into the lanai. There are a couple months right in the middle of winter season when the outside temperature drops into the forties. I wait until the late afternoon to workout, hoping to take luck of the highest temperature. I need to dress in heavy layers plus I run a space heater. It still is sometimes impossible to adequately work out my muscles. It’s hard to get motivated plus I worry about injury. There are also a couple of months when the heat plus humidity of the summer are brutal. I exercise as early in the morning as I can, hoping to avoid the heat of the afternoon. I run an electric fan at the highest speed plus rest directly in front of it yet I am still dripping sweat before completing my warmup.
