Real estate investing can be a large corporation venture

My fiance Mark works as a Project Manager for a major construction supplier in our town.

He has been doing this for about 15 years now, and though he prefers his job, he decided that in the next 5 years, he would like to operate a successful real estate investing corporation.

Personally, I know nothing about real estate investing! I am an English mentor, so that is way outside my realm, but Mark knows quite a bit about the industry because real estate is connected to the construction industry. In talking to Mark, I discovered that there are odd types of real estate investing that include residential, commercial, real estate trust investments (REITs), raw land, plus crowdfunding. But Mark would like to invest in residential apartment by flipping homes. He would purchase fixer-uppers plus use a small crew to make the repairs plus to perform the remodeling plus then sell the home. He understands the funding risks that come with this type of real estate investing, even though he is confident in his plan plus believes that this would be a genuinely lucrative business. As I mentioned, I don’t know much about real estate investing, but with Mark’s background in construction, I have no doubt that he will be successful at it. And if flipping houses works out plus he believes it will, he would like to resign from his current position to fully pursue this venture! There is a lot of money that can be made from real estate investing plus I feel that Mark has what it takes to succeed, so I will fully support all his future real estate ventures.
