A buddy of mine and I decided to sign up for a gym membership together, however the commute to the gym is approximately thirty minutes for us, my buddy and I figured it would be nice to share the drive and hoped to motivate each other! Neither of us would want to skip out on a workout session, however after one visit to the gym, I realized that my buddy and I approach our physical fitness unquestionably differently; I expect to spend anywhere from one to two hours at the gym.

She has no need for a shower. She only wants to show up at the gym once per week. I now take one day and workout with my friend. I cut my workout short and focus mainly on stretching and weight training. I then head to the gym four or five days per week on my own. Those days are when I entirely accomplish something and feel fine about the workout.
