I tend to get into a lot of fights with my roommate. I get into a lot of fights with him because he doesn’t do really much, recently I just got into a confrontation with him because he was not taking really fine care of the Heating & Air Conditioning system. He never does his laundry or dishes or cleans up after himself either. So I don’t know why I would suppose that he would take care of our Heating & Air Conditioning system too. My associate and I both live here. My associate and I both spend my money rent. So I suppose that my buddy and I should both be responsible for things that are shared. And the Heating & Air Conditioning system is absolutely a shared thing for our apartment. The Heating & Air Conditioning system helps to put heat plus a/c into our house. He does help me spend my money for it although he does not do the dirty work. My associate and I have to replace the filter every month. He has not yet replaced a filter. My associate and I have been in this house for a year. So he has missed changing the air filter six times. I usually try to wait a couple of afternoons although he never does it. And I don’t want our Heating & Air Conditioning system to split down if it doesn’t get done. So I constantly end up doing it. I can only leave it for 3 afternoons at most. I suppose it would be a terrible thing especially in the winter to go separate from an Heating & Air Conditioning system. I would not want that to happen. I hope that one afternoon my roommate will realize his responsibilities living with me.
