I could see there was a bubble plus a small amount of water pulling at the area
I called a couple of odd roofing businesss after I noticed some water pooling on the roof of the building, i manage the apartment building which has 24 units… Six of the apartments have 1 living room plus 1 lavatory, however they are rented as efficiency units. Six of the apartments have two living rooms plus 1 lavatory. The people I was with and I have a couple of small families in these apartments as well as some single people or roommate situations. The other 12 units in the apartment building are all several living room plus two lavatory apartments. The apartment building is quite large, however most of the time all 24 units are rented plus leased. I often have to deal with concerns inside of the apartments care about concerns with the air conditioning, radiator heaters, dishwashers, plus garbage disposals… One of our renters called myself and others because he said there was water leaking down the window in his residing area. The window is facing the street plus it had not rained in several afternoons. The first thing I did was go up to the roof. I went to the area above the spot where the renter was complaining about a water leak. There was a concern with the rubber asphalt roof. I could see there was a bubble plus a small amount of water pulling at the area. I instantly called the commercial roofing business that handles all of our concerns. There should not have been a bubble in the rubber asphalt roof plus I knew that was a sign of trouble, then after the business tore up area of the rubber asphalt roof, it was easy to see the leak.
